Offering Behavioral Health Services
Loving Care Counseling Services was birthed from the realization that its personal care clients also suffered from severe mental health issues that weren’t being fully addressed. From this observation we began to make referrals to behavior health professionals to help treat our personal care clients. We then decided that we should offer behavioral health services, as well, to keep everything in house, and to ensure continuity of care.
Our role is to fill in the gap where clients are missing valuable treatment services. We bring a variety of eclectic and exciting treatment opportunities that our clients can choose from. Our newly constructed offices are located in the heart of northwest Baltimore City in a very diverse and culturally rich community. Click here to learn more about our journey.

Visitor Guidelines to our Facility
The health and safety of our patients, families and staff members is our top priority. Our care partner visitation guidelines balance preventing the spread of the coronavirus that causes COVID-19 with the needs of our patients and their loved ones. A care partner may be a relative, partner, friend or anyone the patient chooses to have at their side during care. For inpatient visits, care partners must be 18 or older, except for those under 18 who are parents of patients. Guidelines may vary slightly depending on care needs and location.
We continue to monitor the spread of COVID-19 in our community and may update the guidelines as needed to provide safe care to everyone.
